Making changes to your account details

As part of the application process NEV Power will obtain and store fixed information regarding your account. This will include

  • Mailing address which may differ from your NEV residential address
  • Telephone contacts
  • Email address which will be used for billing processes and for other regular updates.

If for any reason you need to make changes to your standard account details please complete a customer details form. Right click on the following link  NEV Power Customer Details form download the form, complete and sign and email your requested changes to power@nararaecovillage.com.
