Earthen Floor Workshop at the (Mostly) Recycled Home – Weekend of 30 September to 1st October.
Help us build a beautiful earthen floor in our round house made from recycled and natural materials. There will also be opportunities to learn about other aspects of owner building including how to use and certify recycled and natural materials, DIY termiting, upcycling windows and doors, rain harvesting, earth-cooled ventilation, compost toilets and whatever comes up.
Small cost to register covers safety equipment and food (morning tea, a hearty lunch and afternoon snacks): $20/day or $30 for both days ($5 off for NEV/NELN members).
