Narara Ecovillage is located at 25 Research Rd, Narara. We host monthly open days to welcome visitors and share about our amazing project. In addition, you can join us at our regular community dinners, workshops, activities and working bees.

Open Days

Next Date

Visit our beautiful site and learn about the vision for our ecovillage. Enjoy a short presentation by our founder, Lyndall Parris, or other members, with Q&A, as well as a walking site tour of our rural property.

Kids welcome (we have an awesome playground!) No pets please.

Extended Schedule: Every few months, we extend the schedule to give visitors more time to explore our property, get to know us better and experience a snapshot of ecovillage life. You're also welcome to stay overnight - we have a limited number of pre-booked campsites are available.

Narara Ecovillage Open Day

These days might include activities such as presentations on community and sustainability, participation in  Ecovillage projects, shared community meals, visits to sustainable houses and time to simply explore the site, including the magical Strickland Forest. See the calendar for the full schedule of the date you plan to come.

Cost to Attend: Individual $10, Family $20
Camping $10pp
Discounts for NELN members and concessions.
Registration welcome but not necessary
