Narara Ecovillage is located at 25 Research Rd, Narara. We welcome visitors each month to explore our property, experience a snapshot of village life, and learn about our amazing project. In addition, you are welcome to join us in working bees, community dinners, talks or demonstrations.

At our next Open Weekend we’ll celebrate Autumn in all it’s colours and textures – from misty mornings with Ben and the Steamweeder demonstration, to the lush green Food Forest working bee and sharing pumpkin soup by the campfire. The weekend starts on Saturday at 10am with the regular Open Day program including presentation, ecovillage tours and Q&A. Stay on ...

Come for longer and get a real feel for the community.  Enjoy all or any part of a program of activities, starting off with a presentation about the ecovillage, Q&A and tour of the site. The extended schedule may also include discussions on community and sustainability, participation in  Ecovillage projects, shared community meals, visits to sustainable houses and simply exploring the site, including the Strickland Forest.

You're welcome to stay overnight. A limited number of pre-booked campsites are available (or find a place to stay locally and return on Sunday).

Time: From 9:30am Saturday

Cost to attend (Intro presentation, site tour and Q&A on Sat am): Adults $10, Families $20 
Extended stay (Sat pm to Sun pm): Adults $10, Families $20 
Camping $10pp
Discounts for NELN members and concessions.
