Peter and Kee
| Peter and Kee plan to build a hybrid design with a modular Cassab house from Parkwood Homes above a conventionally built bedroom and study. The ‘earth-linkage’ of the ground floor contributes to the more than 7.5 stars energy efficiency that the house has been rated at, in line with our stringent standards to reduce energy footprint and emissions, and of course also running costs, whilst creating a comfortable environment, with stunning views up to the forest and across the valley. There is a carport at street level with steps to the house as well as a lift across a short bridge down to house level, offering full accessibility to both the main and smaller units, in line with our principles of inclusion. The house is expected to be completed in April 2025 |
