Policy regarding user charges – The Narara Ecovillage Board approved the following policy regarding commencement of water charges in April 2024. Potable, Non Potable and Waste water charges will commence from the date the lot owner requests connection of water or 2 years after the date the lot was originally purchased from Narara Ecovillage (the developer). All lot owners will be charged for all 3 services regardless of their intended connection and/or use. Owners cannot select to pay for only one of more of the services available.
